Win amp not workin

When ever i install win amp my computer keeps sayin that win amp has discoverd a problem an has to close.. i have tried uni stallin and installin several times an it jus wont wrk.. its wreckin my head im at it all day.. i need it for shoutcast radio.. is der anythin that ye no that will help me plz..
