question volume level

Please can I ask I have winamp 5.55 and use edcast to broadcast is there anyway or a plugin to ensure volume leveling on songs that are lower and higher sounding

this is my set up sound into line in from my mixer

sound out from pc into mixer

Tons of software like this.

I dont know about having a mixer and doing this though, because it wouldnt be your typical Decib. altering software.
