Error msg: MMSYSTEM004 & MMSYSTEM002

Hi, I have tried using winamp but i keep getting the message. "MMSYSTEM002,A device id has been used that is out of range for your system." I also get the msg: "MMSYSTEM004 THe specified device is already in use. Wait until it is free and then try again.
WHAT DO I SO TO SOLVE THIS? PLEASE HELP
