Need help uninstalling!!

I'm on Vista. When I tried uninstalling winamp, not all files are removed. I am left with ELEVATOR, ELEVATORPS.DLL and NSCRT.DLL

Tried deleting these files individually but it says I don't have the permission to delete it. But I am set as the administrator.

HELPPPPPPPPP.

What version of Winamp?
This was a bug that was supposed to be fixed in 5.55

Make sure Elevator.exe isn't running
(use Task Manager to end process)

Killbox will get rid of the files
(try the 'delete on reboot' feature if standard 'delete' method doesn't work)

Though slin9's suggestion(s) should also work.

It's version 5.55. I've made sure Elevator.exe is not running, tried using both ccleaner and killbox but still not working. Any other solution?
