using winamp as a "recording device"

Hi, i'm wondering if theres some way to make winamp a "recording device"

By this, i mean go into Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices, then look at the audio tab.

Is it currently possible to add winamp to the list of "Sound Recording"?

I already know of the option to use stereo mix, but that means if any other sounds are played on my computer, like having a conversation with another user.. i must hear their voice of course, then this will loop and be extremely distracting for listeners.

With this setup, i can play music & talk with users, without having anything loop distractingly.

Any help is appreciated, if you managed to make sense of what i'm asking :P
