Error message

I get an error message when I try to access the Id3 tag. Here is the message I get:
WINAMP caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff719c8.

It doesn't happen every time, just about 9 out of 10 times.

I have the most updated drivers for my sound card, and nothing else running in the background.

Any ideas?

Remove any third party plug-ins. Delete winamp and whipe the directory and do afresh install.
