When using AVS, right click in the vis window/panel.

dont know
when I right click in the visualization plugin window I dont get anything. Do I need a AVS plugin to play AVS files?? I tried to look for a AVS plugin but all I see on this site are what look like visualizations for AVS. I dont understand why I cant use AVS files. I seem to remember with old winamp seeing AVS on the title bar of visualizations. But I just dont see how to open these files.

AVS (Advanced Visualization Studio) is a standard vis plug-in that comes with Winamp. AVS files are presets for the plug-in.
When you have Advanced Visualization Studio as the currently active plug-in, it is then you can right click on the vis window to select AVS presets. If you don't see Advanced Visualization Studio as part of the vis plug-ins, then you may have installed Winamp Lite or accidentally unchecked it while installing Winamp. |
