I was tring to load some of my playlists and play them . Each time I tried, songs played randomly without me pressing on the shuffle button or another button.
It never happened with the old version that I had. Songs used to play automatically according to their order in the list. I downloaded the new version 2.74 this morning. Is this a bug in the new version, or is there something I should do which I don't know about? Please, someone help me. |

Are all the links in the playlist valid? try remaking the playlist. Also, make sure shuffel is not on.

on the bottom of the playlist window, go to DEL -> MISC -> "remove all dead files"
This removes all the bad links from your playlist, if there are any. Like my photography? Buy some here.... |

Hi,
this is a known problem to me. (I'm using winamp for about 2.5 years now.) It is definately not so that there are dead links (Am i right) . The problem came when I downloaded a new winamp (ver 2.70) and still exists in 2.74 . The only thing that helped me solve this problem for about 99 % of the occurences was to increase the buffers en buffer size. (I use directsound output) but I know this is also a problem with waveout. when I increased it the problem seems gone for sofar.. |
