DJ kicks source/current listeners lost?

Hello all,

I run a 24/7 station where we mostly play from a playlist. We also have DJs log in and do live shows from remote locations. Currently, the DJ goes into the admin and kicks the source and takes over the stream, but when this happens it stops the stream on media players. Is there a way to have a seamless transition between sources?

It's not a huge deal to have the listener click play to tune back in, but it would be much better to have a seamless transition.

Upload a backup file.

make sure its the same bitrate / frequency / channel of the stream.

This will only stream to the connected users.
