No options in media library

I opened winamp today to update my iPod, and I noticed that my media library has no options available. everything in the nav bar is missing, and it doesn't recognized my ipod as plugged in.

here's an image of it

i'm on the latest version (5.551), on vista. i don't know how long this has been happening, i don't use the media library for much more than updating my ipod and i really only do that every couple of months.

any ideas? need more info? let me know. thanks in advance guys.

Reinstall Winamp, make sure the options yo want are selected under the Media Library options in the installer.
