Playlist track titles eing overwritten

I don't really know what it is thats causing it but I think its to do with the auto-tagging.
When it moves to the next song in the playlist it changes the songs name to something else, so I end up with a playlist full of songs renamed to that of a different track. However, if I go to View file info... it still has all the original information.
The main problem with this is that on my g15 screen it will only ever show this song title (it even changes the song time to match) as that is what comes up on the Now Playing. Also only shows that title on the MSN what im listening to bit.

Hopefully someone knows whats wrong =\

Preferences (Ctrl-P) > Titles
It uses what is the Advanced Title Formatting field. If you want just the filename use [b]$filepart(%filename%)
