Associating Streaming Audio with Winamp

I'm having a problem associating streaming audio from my favorite FM stations.

The stations are KXJZ and KXPR, Sacramento, CA.

Other stations associate with no problem. However, I want these stations.

I've set every audio and video file association in this PC to Winamp.

Could it be that these stations use a streaming audio format that is not supported by Winamp?

Thanks

They are using a embedded player for the streaming radio. Attached is a playlist with the actual streaming addresses/URLs. When you download/save it, change the name from CPR.txt to CPR.m3u then load the playlist into Winamp.
