Burning CD stops at 4%

I keep trying to burn a CD, and this has happened in the past, but the "Burning Audio CD in drive E:" always stops at 4%. Underneath it says "Currently: Preparing data... (1 of 23). I am trying to use Winamp because it can play .s3m Files. Before, I tried to burn a CD using .umx files which it also played, but it did the same CD burning error.

After I try to cancel the burn, it will say "Cancelling" and the % bar will loop continuously until I use task manager to force a quit. I am using an old Windows XP.

I really want to be able to listen to the music I am trying to burn (from the game Unreal 1998) but it's frustrating when the only program that can burn these files doesn't work properly. Please help.

Hold on, I didn't see that I should update my winamp yet. I'll update it and tell you what happens.
