"B" or "Z" don't scroll up or down but jumps to...

Guys, i have hit 2 keys at the same time or something but, no matter what i do with, "Z" or "B" (to select up or down the songs on the playlist)
It switches to "who knows"
In fact, i can't understand the partern.
I'll try to understand and let you know.

I can't normally scroll down or up to select the song i want.

HELP I HAVE A GIG TOMORROW
