Help me find this winamp plugin

I had a plugin for winamp last year to enhance the sound, but forgot what it was called and I think it wasn't free
Whenever I turned on winamp a red icon would show up in the system tray and if I double clicked it, it would show maybe 3 different sound settings
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
