Transferring playlists between computers?

How can I transfer my playlists from my desktop to my laptop? In case it matters, the file setup is exactly the same and in the same place, using the same operating system, etc. I looked everywhere I could think of, but couldn't find any playlist files.

I have a lot of playlists so I would love to transfer them in bulk.

The Media Library playlists are stored in %appdata%\Winamp\ml
Playlists that you saved yourself are where ever you saved them.
