WASAPI PlugIn

I've been a Winamp user for God knows how many years. Since upgrading to Vista last year (and soon to Windows 7), I've been very surprised that a WASAPI plugin has not been released. I noticed there were two threads mentioning it in the Development forums, but they don't seem to be active. Are there any actively developed WASAPI plugins? If not, are there any plans for one?

I'd hate to jump ship on good old Winamp, but we have to keep up with the times for me to want to stay on board.

the ones in the dev forum are the only ones that i'm aware of and there was development going on only a month or two back (which as far as winamp plugin development goes that's active).
