how i can queue same melody twice or more?

PS: winamp v 5,552 x86

Assuming you mean by using the Queue feature from JTFE (via Q or Alt+click in playlist editor)...

Winamp -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Jump To File -> Queue Options tab:
Uncheck: Remove file from queue when it is already in the queue
