Fonts are scrambled

Hi,
I just installed the latest Winamp on my pc with windows XP SP3.
I have a problem when my Hebrew (yes I am using also this old language for my hebrew songs) fonts look scrambled although my Operating System supports it.

Also - important to know, I made a new Windows Installation, in my proior Windows XP installation, Winamp displayed the hebrew fonts prefectly. (so its probably some configuration somewhere)
