Winamp Playlist Editor fails to respond on start up

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling this thing but it keeps happening.

Basically, when I start Winamp up, everything will be fine until the actual program shows up. The first thing that shows up as "Not Responding" is the Playlist Editor. After that, the program just fails to continue and I have to force it to close.

I'm running on Windows Vista Business 64bit.
