so I downloaded the ml_ipod plugin, and it won't read my ipod touch... However, my other 2 ipods work fine on it... they are the nano 4G

anyone have any information on this and how to fix it?

I've read somewhere that Winamp supports all iPod except iPod Touch/iPhone.

Btw I don't really think you need the ml_ipod plugin because from what I know, the latest edition of Winamp has iPod support.

I believe that it should support it because when I connected my other ipods to my computer initially Winamp has an option for the ipod touch/iphone..

I just figured that the ml_ipod plugin would fix the problem with my touch, however just made things more complicated.

Weird, cause when I tried my iPod Touch on Winamp recently it could not read my iPod Touch. Not sure why.

Winamp has no native support for the iPhone or iPod Touch, ml_ipod does have some support (and official support is coming). But ml_ipod is technically a third-party plugin, but you can find more help here:

Any ideas on how long it will be till someone figures out and makes a plugin that we can use for touches?
