album titles gone

I recently replaced the harddisk containing my music files. In between did I upgrade to the lates Winamp version (freeware).

When I restored my music files to the new harddisk and started winamp the ablum titles no lonfer appear. In stead does the genre displayed under "album".


When I open "file info" tab "basic info" all is in order (see attached printscreen). The "ID3v1" os sometimes blank and somtimes filled. The same goes for the "ID3v2" tab.

In some cases I can copu ID3v1 to ID3v2 en visa versa to have the right info displayed in the Winamp screen.

In some instances even that is not the solution

Please help me out here:
is there any easy fix to get the artist info back to the wat it was. I do not want to manually go through a great many files again.

Anything to do with :

Prefs > Media Library > Local Media > Options > 'Use Artist as Album Artist ... '
