Configuring Winamp for PLS streams

Hi,
I am trying to configure my Winamp player as default player for the .pls streams on Shoutcast Radio. Having followed the method shown on how to do it, while trying to play a station, I get this message : "C:\DOCUMEN~1\PROPRI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\tunein-station-8.pls could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the associationj in your preferences."

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong and how to solve the problem?
