Podcast & media player (nokia etc) sync amendments wishlist

I've been a big user of Winamp for over 6 years now, and i've got big into podcasts in the past year.

TBH, Winamp's podcast window and sync is a bit primitive at present and hopefully we can all work together to make it the foremost on the web.

1. When there is an update of a file after a refresh, then the title in the left column (“Channel”) should have a highlight to reflect this.

2. I have autodownload switched on BUT for some reason on my Winamp when there were two new podcasts after a refresh at the same time, Winamp only recognises the first one and only downloads one of them. Why is this?

3. Can we have folders in the "Items" column so that we can arrange and see only what we want to and refer to folders for the rest? This would make things tidier.

4. Can we have an option where when we double click it will download the file and not stream/play it? At moment you have to right-click and choose download, but I always download. Rather an option in Media Library for preference.

5. Require pause and restart podcast download (very important)

6. In the subscription RHS column (“Item” part) would be good if we can have a size column


7. In the Download screen, would be good to see progress by MB downloaded and final size of download (double check to make sure all has been done)

8. 8. For some reason Winamp doesn’t read tags properly when taking the songs from my nokia:
a. Artist is the folder
b. Album is the file name
c. Track number is completely wrong.
This is a very big problem with sync'ing podcasts and music.



Any feedback or any other ideas anyone?
