App Crash Problem

Hi all,
All of a sudden after years of troublefree Winamp usage I start Winamp and get the following message from Windows:

This problem appeared out of nowhere using V5552.
I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and got the same problem.
Downloaded the latest version, installed it after uninstalling previous version and got the same problem again.
I've tried numerous fixes described in these forums but the problem still persists. I've tried cleaning the Windows registry etc. but no luck. Can anyone help me with this problem?

My System is:

Intel core 2 duo processor 2.33 ghz
4 gb ram
Windows Vista ultimate 32bit
500gb HD (Plenty of room left)
512 mb nvidia graphics
