ITUNES plus ------Bit Rate increasing/decreasing when I edit Album Year, why?
Anytime I download a song from Itunes it is 256 kbps on Winamp

But the Album Year is 2007-05-09T07:00:00Z

So I change it to 2007

and Sometimes the bitrate goes up one or 2 kbps, why?

Is this a Winamp issue with the NEw ITUNES Plus?
