sansa clip problem

hi,

when i plug in my sansa clip via usb to my computer i would expect it to appear in the portables section in winamp, but it doesn't

what am i doing wrong?
how do i hook up my sansa clip with winamp

i have checked the media library plug ins and the portable music player support is installed

please help

problem solved

i had to configure the "microsoft usb device plug-in v0.7" to read the appropriate drive

so no further support required
