Presets for Sleep Aid

Anyone have any suggestions? I figure viz's could be used effectively with music to help sleep.

i don't know, i have developed the habbit to sleep with closed eyes

Well yes, you do sleep with eyes closed of course. The preset would not help the actual act of sleeping but the process of FALLING INTO SLEEP.

The idea is that by staring at this preset along with some sleeping music, one would feel more relaxed and prone to fall asleep.

In short, it seems everyone uses Visualizers/Presets for tripping/colors/drugs/etc. I am just trying to think of other cool things to do with Visualizers and was wondering if anyone had presets to support these unique purposes....for example, an aid to fall asleep.

You can check some of martin's beautiful, contemplative presets such as in silent paths or this beautiful planet. There is nothing like rainy weather to make me fall asleep.

You can also make any preset darker by lowering it's decay ,or if it uses shaders, by adding at the end the line ret=.8*ret, .5*ret, etc. You can also invert the colors via the menus or with ret=1-ret in the shaders.
