for a better winamp shell integration

I'll deal with the double click behaviour :
When winamp is playing, it would be great to "enqueue in winamp" by default, and when winamp is off or idle the default would be "play in winamp" by default.

Just for a little more convenience.

Cool, perhaps set it so the option applies only to pre-specified file types
or perhaps for the golden star, be able to choose which file types via options menus
