Flv to CDG Plug in

As my user name suggests, this hurts but after spending days and days trying to work out what to do at least I now have winamp up and functioning well on cdgs.

What I would like to know - not technical please in plain English as I won't understand it otherwise, hence my plea on here as I am getting nowhere searching on your forum.

Is there anyway I can get FLV files to play in a CDG plug in so that it can be seen by the singer? Or is there a plug in that I can download but I am not looking at the right one.

Any help would be really gratefully received before I end up a complete alcoholic or in a loony bin
