Activx from web to downloaded program file

Hi,
I want to do the installation of one Activex control from my website to the customer computer automatically.
Today, customers have to go on the web page and to click on the link which is installed.
For some reason, I need the customer to install it with an executable.
Do you have a solution or a plugin, which will allow me to charge this activx into dowloaded program files with a link
to my website ?

I don't know of any existing free solution, but I think it won't be too complicated to write a little program that just executes an installer in the CAB, You can base it on an existing skeleton.
