I am searching for a tecno song.
It is like "put your hands up in the air"
but instead of this, it is only a scream by a croud of people
like : "Ahhhhhh, Ah Ah, Ahhhhhh"

Put your hands in the air is lot of times used by scooter. Maybe that Crazy frog songs ? This description matches with those songs as well.

Aside from Ahh Ahh Ah Ahhh (which could be Huey "Piano Smith's Don't You Just Know It, which is definitely not techno ) Does the song have any words?

Yeah ! I think you have to find this song through youtube and it will find better here. Otherwise as you described the song, is a tough to find it.
