Winamp and Shoutcast plugin - freeze and crash

This application has failed to start because NSCRT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Everytime I start winamp I get this error box, only option being OK, when I click OK winamp starts fine and everything works. Although when I am streaming on my radio about 5 minutes in the stream winamp and DSP plugin freezes and crashes. If I am just using winamp it never crashes. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium there are no processes taking up the cpu to much. I have been searching for a solution to this problem and I just can't seem to find anything. I don't know if the problem above has something to do with it or not. I have done 4 clean installs of both Winamp and SHOUTcast DSP. I still get that error message and it still crashes. Anyhelp would be great.
