looking for a plugin that removes gaps

I'm looking for a plug-in or program or whatever that will remove dead space or gaps at the beginning and end of an mp3. Can someone suggest a "Good" program that you know will work? thanks a lot

Preferably use the SQR plug-in as it can either remove gaps or crossfade tracks.
