Sansa Clip+ issues with Winamp

I need help with synchronizing my Sansa Clip+ player and it stopped syncing up with the player. It was working fine until I did the update, and now all it does is show that there is music on there but no information shows up in the player and it will not allow me to remove or edit the music that is on there. I have been using Winamp flawlessly to sync music to it, but today it stopped being able to see the music it put on there to start with. I have also updated the firmware on the player and it is still doing this, and I do have the portable addons active to the best of my knowledge. What is going on here?

@@Yes I get the exact same issue with Sansa Clip+ - was working fine and now Winamp knows it is there but is continually "Writing" to the device presumably trying to get a files list.
Can't say that I have updated anything recently - Windows maybe or Nokia phone browser software.
Any help appreciated.

same problem here. can't sync with winamp on win7 x64 sansa clip+ 8GB in mtp or msc. can sync with device sync with mtp.
