Most config info is held in %appdata%/Winamp, so back the whole folder up somewhere safe.

Next uninstall Winamp, and if you get the message 'Not all files removed etc.' don't delete anything else, reboot. and then save what's left of the main Winamp folder.

This will give you two folders, one with most of your configs and one with all your added(3rd party) plugins etc.

When you have installed the new OS and set things up, copy the two folders you saved back to their original location and reinstall Winamp.

Nothing guarenteed, but should catch most things.

Problems may arise if you need to update a 3rd party plugin, or if you have files in paths that are different from the ones you used previously.
