I have music files, 2.75 to 3.5 meg per file, saved in hard drive directories that I wish to forward via the internet to a fellow WINAMP member. How might this transfer be accomplished? Thanks

Lots of ways, depends on what is available to you. You could create a simple website, and let the other person download the tracks. FTP is another option.
Alternatively, you could sign up for an online storage locker, upload your files, send your friend the login name and password, and let him download them. Or, go to your Winamp Locker, and sign up for an account. Like my photography? Buy some here.... |

Or when both of your are online you can both sign into AOL-IM, MSN-IM, or ICQ, and use the send-file function to send the files.
But as Ethan said, there are many ways to transfer files. |
