output problem when play CD

when i play MP3, everything is ok, but when i play CD, no output, i cannot hear anything, and no any error message show me

is the audio cable connected form your CD-ROM to your soundcard inside your case?

In windows volume control, make sure both in Playback and Recording, that CD-Audio is not muted or turned all the way down.
