Transfer Playlists, Music, and Settings to New Computer

What is the easiest way to transfer my Winamp settings and playlists to a new computer?
Currently, my music is located on a drive that is different from where it will be located on the new machine. I know how to copy the music to the new machine... how do I get the moved playlists to point to the music in the new location?
