iPod doesn't show up in portables list

hey all,

When I first installed Winamp 5.572 (on Windows XP), I plugged in my iPod touch while it was open and a dialog box came up asking me if I wanted to manage this device with Winamp. I accidentally selected "No" and now the iPod does not show up in the Portables list in my Winamp. How can I fix this and get Winamp to recognize my iPod so that I can sync the libraries?
