V.5.572 won't keep bookmarks and menu options

I have an old Compaq Presario V6305NR with Vista, and run it under non-administrative account for safety.

Originally installed older winamp version, which did not work under non-administrative account, so I used it couple of times in administrative account, put on some radio bookmarks and stopped using it. Yesterday I upgraded it to V.5.572, set skin to modern and changed the bookmarks. Interestingly, these bookmarks did not save for good, because after relogin they reverted to old bookmarks and the shoutcast menu disapeared.

So I did uninstall from "Programs and Features" - reinstalled the V.5.572 from the non-administrative account, everything worked for the session, but rebooted in the morning next day - old bookmarks again, shoutcast gone from the menu. Please help.

Then after the instalation, the bookmarks I saved couple of days ago miraculously "reapeared":

PLEASE help me figure this out, because it drives me nuts.

All above ARE V.5.572!

The key point is the account has no administrative rights and I won't change that!
