Transcondig To MP4 Album Art Broken?
Hi everyone,
I have a FLAC collection with embedded album art in each file as metadata. When transcoding to MP4/LC-AAC from FLAC, I noticed it does not include the album art. However, for other formats such as WMA, MP3, and even simple ACC it does. So I assume Winamp has that capability but for some reason it fails with MP4. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. |

Winamp doesn't embed album art in media files (all formats/extensions).
It can read it, and can even delete it, but can't write it. More Info http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=161361#art http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....d=278538#notes |

I'm confused.
I took a flac file with an embedded album art picture. I then transcoded the file using the "Send to Format Converter" option. It then transcoded the file. I tried the following different formats with the album art successfully embedded into each newly formed file: WMA, MP3, AAC, even FLAC to FLAC. But any 3 of the the MP4 options fails to embed the art work. So to say Winamp doesn't embed album art in media files in all formats/extensions makes no sense to me. It works for everything except MP4...? Hope that made sense. |
