Crash After ripping a CD (with no messages)

Well, i have read some threads with problems like mine... I used almost every solution posted here but i'm still having issues:

I can rip a CD (only one), If, after that i change the disk, winamp just freeze, with no messaage or further action

Then I must finish the process, open winamp again and rip just ONE cd, then, if I change the disk, in hangs again.

My specs:

Athlon X2 5000
4 Gb Adata vitesta+ DDR2/800
MSI k9a2cf mainboard
Lite-on IDE DVD + Optiarc SATA DVD RW
Cooler master 650 Watt PSU
two Seagate 320 gb 16 meg HDD Raid 0 + Seagate 250 Gb HD (SATA)
Nvidia 8800 gt video
Windows 7 ultimate 32 bits
Winamp 5.572 pro
X-Fi platinum

Some solutions that I've tried:

Updated Bios, Firmware and Drivers of everything (including mouse and keyboard)
Disabled the use of Sonic extraction engine
Lowered the process priority (and then returning to normal)
Allowed winamp through the firewall and antivirus (Nod32 v 4)
Clean Uninstall/reinstall
Change preferences and format when ripping.
(normally use MP3 VBR 128-320, alt preset fast standard, VBR q:1)

it just keeps freezing.

Something odd here is that, althoug i have disabled the "multiple instances" checkbox, sometimes (at random) it looks like i have 2 or more winamps running.

It appears to happen whenever I insert the next cd to rip and winamp reads the CDDB (or tries to use CDDB).

The only "solution" is to close winamp (the process) and open it again with the cd inserted, so it runs and uses CDDB, it labels the disk, and i rip it, then if i change the disk without closing winamp, it just freeze.

Hope somebody here can help.

If more specs are needed just tell me what to post

Thanx in advance!

the devs know about some issues with ml_disc and are trying to correct it

if you have multiple screens on winamp
(since you are using windows 7) point at winamp in the taskbar and see what tabs are open within the program itself
winamp maybe trying to tell you something in the background that you are missing as you put the second cd in
if it is throwing up an error message you cant see let us know so we can further our help

thanks rob
