Slowing it down

Unusually, I would like to be able to slow down the framerate on a specific preset. Up until now my pc has always been the limiting factor, but I finally have enough juice, and now the favourite preset in my set renders about 50% too fast relative to the rest.

Is there some sort of null transform I can add to just burn cpu cycles? So far everything I have added changes the display.

Well, there's a specific APE for that....
it's the framerate limiter... it's very good if you want to slow down the framerate on a preset..
