Cant find NSCRT.dll. Broadcast force closing

Everytime I open winamp I get this message.

Winamp exe Unable to locate component. This application failed to start because NSCRT.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.

I deleated winamp and shoutcast dsn 3 times and reinstalled again 3 times and im still getting this message.
I can broadcast for awhile then that message pops up again and my broadcast stops and I have to force close.

Any suggestions on how to fix this continuing problem?

I found the file in the forums and saved it as instructed. Hope this works.
