Registration Key from 5.57 purchase not working with 5.58

Hello,
I was prompted to download 5.58 and my registration key I purchased in April 2010 for 5.57 is not working with this new version. Will a new registration key be required every time there's an incremental upgrade?

No. The same reg key is valid for at least all 5.x upgrades
