Cover Art malfunction

Hello,
everytime I want to add a cover art which I already have to a song of mine, I add it to my song but it adds a picture file as a replica to the original cover art which I store in a special folder.
this makes quite a mess in my songs folder, and it just adds up picture files, instead of using the original picture in my cover art folder!

how do I change it?

FAQ

That's the way it works.
Winamp can only see/load covertart if it's embedded in the actual files or
if there's an image file with the filename %album%.jpg/png/gif/bmp or folder/front/cover.jpg in the same folder as the music files.
