Can Winamp burn MP3 CDs?

Ok I think I just got hosed here.
Just bought the Pro Version to burn MP3 CDs and now it looks like Winamp can't do that.
Am I right?

Correct. Audio CDs only.

Can I burn MP3/Data/ISO CDs with Winamp Pro?
No. You can currently only burn Audio CDs with Winamp (Free or Pro versions). Data CD burning is hopefully planned for a future Winamp 5.x release.

Winamp Pro unlocks the MP3 Encoder for ripping CDs into MP3 or transcoding other formats to mp3.

What's the actual probability of that function being added in the future?
And if it is, will I be able to access it being I've paid for the Pro version?

I can't say if/when it'll ever be implemented, but the sooner the better, in my opinion.

Once you've purchased a Pro license then all 5.x upgrades are free (we haven't even thought about a v6.x or whatever yet).
