MIDI problem in latest version

Well I sometimes listen to MIDI songs and with the new winamp version(5.581) something wierd happens as soon as a MIDI song starts playing.
Inside the windows 7 volume control this happens:

Winamp drops down to 15% volume so I have to open volume control and set it back to 100% and that is quite annoying.
Has this happened to anyone else or is there some way to fix it?
