What is wrong with my Playlist

If i have over 30 songs loaded into my playlist it starts acting weird. If i try to pick a song it won't play that song it jumps around to a song that i didnt pick. This happens when the shuffle is off also. What can I do?

Are you sure none of the files that the list refers to have been moved, renamed or deleted?
